Wall Shelves prototype
3.175mm (1/8") thick wall shelves. Total cost of materials, from Home Depot: $30
The toughest part was sawing the 24" × 12" Lexan in half.
My buddy Greg tells me they are too flimsy and may warp over time, and I tend to agree. Revision 1 will use doubly-thick Lexan.
