a lamp
Since I haven’t yet designed it properly, I may as well make use of this inverter, also known as a ballast, and some compact fluorescent bulbs I bought too long ago.
I’ll use it for lighting things for photoing. I think you know what I’m going to photo, too.
EOS Rebel XT
A dissatisfied Nikon user urged me to get a Canon, though someone else tells me the brand doesn’t really matter, and I tend to agree.
At around 320 USD I decided on this moderately used 350D, with the “cheapie” 18-55mm 3.5-5.6 kit lens. Accessories come later depending on whether or not I adequately pick up this oh-so-expensive hobby; I should learn how to use a camera first :B
This makeshift tripod suits me but probably not the camera.
Looking to get a new camera to replace this 5 year old, Nikon Coolpix 2500.
It’s a 2 megapixel clunker by today’s standards.
Eyeing a used entry-level D-SLR.
